Jeremy Renner, loses temper in the set of Bourne Legacy?

There are current reports that Jeremy Renner, the lead star of Bourne Legacy loses his temper at onlookers while shooting the film in Manila. The photo above captured the actor that was pointing angrily to someone.  

But according to the local producer of the film, he said that the issue is not true. The actor was just merely pointing to anything and he was probably giving some instructions.
